Tom Spriggs Architect Ltd is proud to have made the finalists shortlist in the 2023 Exeter Property Awards, in both the Architect and Transformation category. The Architect category has a broad range of architect firms, ranging from regional multi-disciplinary firms down to the sole-trader of TSA. In the Transformation category, this two-storey extension to a tired bungalow was picked out as being noteworthy and made the finalist selection for the transformation it undertook.
